Pipelining

When the line needs to come out, not just be repaired.

Some sewer laterals, badly bellied, fully collapsed, or simply at the end of their life, need full replacement. We'll tell you when that's the actual answer, and do it with the least disruption the site allows.

The problem

What you’re probably dealing with

Not every failing sewer line can be saved with a liner. Aging clay and Orangeburg pipe, severe bellies that trap waste, or a line crushed by tree roots or settling soil sometimes needs to come out completely. The question isn't whether to replace it, it's how much of your property has to be torn up to do it.

Our approach

How we fix it

We default to trenchless replacement methods, primarily pipe bursting, whenever site conditions allow, replacing the line through two access pits instead of a full trench.

Where trenchless isn't possible (utility conflicts, very shallow lines, structural obstructions) we'll scope a traditional open-cut replacement, with a clear written estimate before any digging starts.

Why it’s worth it

Sewer Replacement, done right.

01

Camera-verified scope

Every replacement estimate is based on what the camera actually shows, not a guess.

02

Trenchless by default

We replace via pipe bursting whenever the site allows it.

03

Flat, written pricing

The number we quote after inspection is the number you pay.

04

Code-compliant tie-ins

New cleanouts and connections are installed to current code.

How it works

Our process, start to finish.

Step 01

Camera inspection

Confirms condition, depth, and the best replacement method.

Step 02

Written estimate

Trenchless and open-cut options are scoped and priced.

Step 03

Replacement

New pipe is installed via bursting or excavation, per the agreed scope.

Step 04

Test & restore

Flow-tested, then the site is restored as close to original condition as possible.

The work speaks. So do our customers.

We had an outstanding experience with this pipeline and drain services team, and I highly recommend them. From the moment they arrived, Jason, Desmond, Ishmael, and Enrique were incredibly professional, fast, and communicative. They walked us through every step so we always knew what was happening. Their pricing was competitive, and the quality of their work was great. What impressed us most was how thoroughly they cleaned up afterward, you truly couldn't even tell they had been here.

Couldn't recommend Gary's enough! We just moved into our first house two months ago and had our main sewer line clog, it ended up being an emergency situation. They were able to get out to us the next day, and finish the project within 6 hours. The supervisor, Jason, was so kind, knowledgable, and walked us through the entire process. His crew, Desmond and Ishmael, were so diligent and kept us updated throughout. Just great people!

Had an awesome experience with Gary's Pipelining and can't recommend them enough! We needed sewer line replacement, and from start to finish, the whole team was fantastic. Jason came out first to scope the work and go over pricing, straightforward and very competitive. The digging crew went above and beyond, handling the work with great care and finding creative solutions for unexpected issues. Great people, great work, and no surprises.

Very happy with the job these guys got done around our house. It was a big one, over 120 feet of french drains at the foot of a retaining wall. Jason was transparent, real, and fair about the work that needed to be done, and the crew acted fast and found solutions. After completion, Jason reminded me the job is under warranty, simply great peace of mind. Overall, super happy with the job quality and would 100% recommend these guys.

A representative came out, assessed our drainage situation, and made recommendations on how to fix it. They sent a crew of 4 guys who finished the entire job in less than 5 hours, rerouting water from our gutter and resetting the pavers they'd lifted along the way. All workers were very courteous and respectful of our property, and the man in charge came out to inspect the work. We highly recommend this company.

FAQ

Questions about sewer replacement.

It comes down to what the camera shows. Intact pipe with cracks or root intrusion gets lined. Collapsed or undersized pipe gets burst or replaced. We walk you through the footage and the reasoning, not just the price.

Sewer lateral replacement in our service area typically requires a permit, which we pull and manage as part of the job.
