Pipelining

A full replacement, without the open trench.

When a line is too collapsed, bellied, or undersized to line, pipe bursting pulls a brand-new pipe through the old one's path, trenchless, even for full replacement.

The problem

What you’re probably dealing with

Some sewer and water lines are past the point lining can fix: a fully collapsed section, a severe belly that won't drain, or a line that needs to be upsized. The old answer was to excavate the entire run, which on a mature property usually means a fence, a tree, or a driveway in the way.

Our approach

How we fix it

Pipe bursting uses a bursting head, pneumatic or static, pulled through the existing pipe on a cable. As it travels, it fractures the old pipe outward into the surrounding soil while simultaneously pulling a new HDPE pipe into the space left behind.

Because the new pipe is fused, jointless HDPE, you end up with a full-diameter (or larger) replacement line with none of the joint weaknesses of the original, accessed through pits at each end of the run instead of an open trench.

Why it’s worth it

Pipe Bursting, done right.

01

True replacement, not a patch

A new pipe, not a liner inside an old one, the right call for fully failed lines.

02

Can upsize the line

Bursting can increase pipe diameter where capacity is the issue, not just condition.

03

Two access pits, not a trench

Landscaping, hardscape, and structures along the run are left undisturbed.

04

Handles severe damage

Works on collapsed, badly bellied, or root-shattered sections lining can't reach.

How it works

Our process, start to finish.

Step 01

Inspect & plan the pull

Camera inspection confirms the line path, depth, and condition.

Step 02

Dig two access pits

One at each end of the section being replaced.

Step 03

Burst & pull the new line

The bursting head fractures the old pipe while pulling in fused HDPE.

Step 04

Reconnect & test

Connections are tied back in and the line is flow-tested before backfill.

The work speaks. So do our customers.

We had an outstanding experience with this pipeline and drain services team, and I highly recommend them. From the moment they arrived, Jason, Desmond, Ishmael, and Enrique were incredibly professional, fast, and communicative. They walked us through every step so we always knew what was happening. Their pricing was competitive, and the quality of their work was great. What impressed us most was how thoroughly they cleaned up afterward, you truly couldn't even tell they had been here.

Couldn't recommend Gary's enough! We just moved into our first house two months ago and had our main sewer line clog, it ended up being an emergency situation. They were able to get out to us the next day, and finish the project within 6 hours. The supervisor, Jason, was so kind, knowledgable, and walked us through the entire process. His crew, Desmond and Ishmael, were so diligent and kept us updated throughout. Just great people!

Had an awesome experience with Gary's Pipelining and can't recommend them enough! We needed sewer line replacement, and from start to finish, the whole team was fantastic. Jason came out first to scope the work and go over pricing, straightforward and very competitive. The digging crew went above and beyond, handling the work with great care and finding creative solutions for unexpected issues. Great people, great work, and no surprises.

Very happy with the job these guys got done around our house. It was a big one, over 120 feet of french drains at the foot of a retaining wall. Jason was transparent, real, and fair about the work that needed to be done, and the crew acted fast and found solutions. After completion, Jason reminded me the job is under warranty, simply great peace of mind. Overall, super happy with the job quality and would 100% recommend these guys.

A representative came out, assessed our drainage situation, and made recommendations on how to fix it. They sent a crew of 4 guys who finished the entire job in less than 5 hours, rerouting water from our gutter and resetting the pavers they'd lifted along the way. All workers were very courteous and respectful of our property, and the man in charge came out to inspect the work. We highly recommend this company.
